Doug Crocker is a partner who joined the GJM tax team in October of 2022. Doug brings decades of experience to his leadership role at GJM, including 37 years running his own business, Douglas Crocker & Associates. Doug’s expertise is advising entrepreneurial business owners. While he serves clients across a wide range of industries, his areas of focus include construction, manufacturing, real estate, and service businesses. His advisory and consulting work covers a broad range as well, with a focus on complicated business transactions and their tax ramifications.

Also an attorney, Doug is active in the community, having served on a number of nonprofit boards through the years, including Family Service of Northwest Ohio, the Maumee Valley Historical Society, and the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio. He’s also taught several classes at the University of Toledo College of Law as an adjunct professor. Doug is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and Toledo Bar Association.
