Ryan Leininger is a partner in the GJM consulting and assurance department with over 16 years of public accounting experience who joined the firm in December of 2021. Ryan advises clients across many industries, but his areas of focus include construction & real estate, manufacturing & distribution, and private equity. A member of the firm’s Construction & Real Estate Specialist Team and Manufacturing & Distribution Specialist Team, Ryan is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), helping business owners to determine the value of their businesses.

Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Defiance College and his Master of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University. He is active in several construction industry associations. A longtime member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Northwest Ohio Chapter, Ryan currently serves as treasurer for the chapter. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) and National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
